Centre Artistique du Château de Favières
Located south of Saintes and Royan and a few kilometres north of Jonzac, the Château de Favières is an estate built at the beginning of the 17th century in the middle of a park and a forest. Sculptor and ceramist Catherine Mathieu has been occupying the premises for the last four years, giving them a new vocation and offering exhibitions at the Arts Centre and access to the library, which is open to the public.
