Beyond its historical and architectural interest, the Fort Enet offers an incredible panoramic view on the Charente estuary. It is possible to get to Fort Enet at low tide from Pointe de la Fumée. The access to the fort is only possible during paid guided tours which are organised from March to October depending on the tides, by reservation with the Tourism Office of Rochefort Ocean.
