Located about two kilometres from the town of Esnandes, the Pointe Saint-Clément offers a panoramic view of the Baie de l'Aiguillon, the Ile de Ré and the coast north of La Rochelle. In Esnandes, the Pointe Saint-Clément is a remarkable balcony overlooking the Bay of Aiguillon, which is a nature reserve and is frequented by hundreds of species of waterfowl. You don't need to be a specialist to appreciate this unique spectacle. An orientation table and a few panels provide explanations on the promontory of the Pointe Saint Clément. Outings are offered all year round by the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux.
