Managing a herd is a heavy responsibility, both in terms of animal welfare and the profitability of the business. It is a daily commitment. Why direct sales? Direct sales in producers' shops allow us to be in contact with consumers, who are increasingly frequenting them. Each week, nearly 200 kg of meat is sold. It requires availability but it is worth it!
