As a rare treat to our visitors, we also open the doors to our prestigious “Paradis” Cellar, where some of the Maison’s oldest and most precious eaux-de-vie are stored. DESTINATION DISTILLERY: From November to March, discover the distillery in action: watch our experts at work, admire the beautiful copper stills and become versed in the intricate process of how wine is transformed into eau-de-vie. An ideal experience to understand the complex transformation process of the eau-de-vie that goes into our blends. DESTINATION COOPERAGE: Constructing new barrels and caring for the venerable barrels in which our eaux-de-vie mature requires patience, precision and an absolute mastery of woodcraft.
