On our farm between Terre et Marais we produce oysters, salt and salicorne. In 2006 we converted the farmland on Ile Madame to organic farming and grow cereals and mustard. The island's meadows are grazed by our flock of sheep. In order to make people discover our farm and our products, we have developed the agrotourism activity by proposing visits of the farm and a tasting of our products at the Farm. We also have a shop where you will find the products of the farm and regional products.
