Bike ride through the vineyards, visit to the Cave Coopérative des Vignerons and tasting with local products For decades on Ré Island, men have worked their land, grown vines and made wine.If techniques have progressed, the passion still remains the same today. The wine-makers keep on cherishing their vines and grapes to make the best of it. Ripened under the sun of Ré, the grapes are harvested at full ripeness then carefully vinified to obtain quality wines, Pineaux des Charentes and Cognacs with varied profiles. Cycle to discover the Rétais vineyard. At each stop, learn a little more about viticulture and the Vignerons de l'Île de Ré. Halfway, enjoy an epicurean stop at an oyster farmer in front of the ocean. At the end of the ride, return to the cellar to discover the distillery and pineaux des Charentes et Cognac cellars. Finally, finish with a tasting of our products served with local food (saucisson, cheese and chocolate).
