For a healthy walk in the woods of the Château de La Rochefoucauld... The castle wood, a small green lung shared by the communes of La Rochefoucauld and Saint-Projet, is equipped with a fitness trail of 14 apparatus. - 9 apparatus line the side paths of the wood: they invite adults to do weight training, balance and flexibility exercises. - 5 more playful apparatus are placed on the sides of the main path: they are reserved for children. Starting point: car park along the road to St Projet-St-Constant (presentation panel) but the course is accessible from all the entrances to the wood.
