Drive from the river Charente to the mysterious Braconne forest . This tour will take you along the banks of the Charente and will make you discover its valley situated in a wide meander where several places are equipped as bathing places (Marsac). Along the way, you will discover a rich heritage of churches, wash houses, beautiful houses and mills like the one in Coursac. The road will lead you to the state forest of La Braconne and its legends. On the way back to Vindelle, you will not fail to admire the Château de Balzac which was the residence of the Guez de Balzac family and can be visited in summer. 2 other loops to discover: Family circuit: 5 km (very easy). Discovery circuit: 23 km (difficult).
