Discovering the Vallée de l'Échelle by bike . Exploration tour Follow the Echelle stream up and down its valley, from its source in Dignac to the Touvre, of which it is the main tributary. From village to village, the forest will offer you its shade and numerous castles will mark out your route. This hilly route offers beautiful views. Discover the springs of the Touvre, the second largest in France. Outside the route, visit the prehistoric site of Roc de Sers. Variations: Family circuit: 8.6 km (very easy). Discovery trail: 23 km (easy).
