This route with a very gentle profile allows you to walk shortly after La Tremblade on the edge of the Coubre national forest and to enter it gradually. Your walk will be punctuated by tracks lined with maritime pines and holm oaks where numerous animal species live (wild boar, deer, roe deer, turtles...) and the fine sandy beaches of the Côte Sauvage and the Atlantic Ocean. A coastal forest bordering the Atlantic Ocean, the Gironde Estuary and the Pertuis de Maumusson, you can easily move from the shade to the light.
