Yes, my father was already established and I took over the farm in 1996, I grew up there and I never wanted to do anything else. I have a real passion for dairy cows! Today we have a herd of Brunes des Alpes and Prim'Holsteins. My wife has been working on the farm since 2014; that's when we created the processing workshop, which has become an important part of the business. What has affected you the most since you set up? The use of chemical products, which is constantly decreasing, and animal feed, which has changed a lot: we have gone from silage to "all grass". These advances are going in the right direction, for example, the ration for my animals consists of grass in the form of hay and silage in winter, supplemented with beetroot grown on our fields in winter or with potatoes. We have changed our system and it's going in the right direction.
