A variety of fruit and vegetables, jams, eggs, duck eggs, etc. - Moragne Léa shares her passion for her job with us Léa, who are Bobby and Tango? Ah... They're our two donkeys, they help us in the fields, I prefer them to tractors! I work in permaculture, so I wanted to be consistent and it's also interesting to work with animals. I also have two geese, which are domestic animals; they're great guardians, warning us when the fox is on the prowl... Why permaculture? Initially, I wanted to eat healthily! My first job was as a graphic designer, I studied in London and worked in Paris. But very quickly I got the feeling that this wasn't my life, that I wanted to get my hands dirty in the soil and produce as healthily as possible. I took several training courses all over France to do what I wanted to do. I've been in business for 4 years now. A return to my roots, in fact... Initially, going back to where I grew up, where my father is a farmer, wasn't one of my first choices, but in the end it's great to be close to family, even if we don't have the same vision. And then being at the markets, meeting people and other producers, you create a very pleasant little circle of friends!
