Thierry will be taking you out to catch Louisiana crayfish around La Ronde. Immerse a net in the canals and wait for the crayfish to come to the table before lifting it up.
Suitable for children aged 5 and over.
Equipment provided. Booking essential. Take your catch home with you and feast on this excellent edible species. You're sure to have a great time with your family...
Bring rubber boots, depending on the weather, and a bucket or container to take home your catch.
