L'Auberge Saint-Denis
The Auberge Saint-Denis is a small inn that offers a friendly, bourgeois cuisine with fresh local products. You will find menus, daily specials and a seasonal menu. The chef, Denis Pinier, has been serving French cuisine for 35 years with care, passion and inspiration. With no other pretensions than to welcome you as best as he can in all humility, the Auberge Saint-Denis strives to offer gourmet cuisine served with attention and generosity as our mothers and grandmothers used to do. The Auberge Saint-Denis does not aspire to be a gastronomic restaurant but a convivial table for a tasty adventure shared with passion, respect and dedication. From autumn onwards and during the winter, the stoves are filled with the scent of a "canaille" cuisine, embodied by the famous dish of the day. This bistro-style cuisine, ranging from simple recipes to the rustic flavours of the popular tradition, is an elegant nod to gastronomic cuisine.
