Located in the heart of Vaux Sur Mer, Le Cottage opened in 2017 and offers a mix of Irish and French cuisine. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients from our local suppliers. Irish-born chef Douglas Armstrong offers gourmet French cuisine tinged with Celtic flavours, using fresh seasonal produce and favouring short distribution channels.
