Established in the oyster basin of Marennes Oléron since 1879, the Chiron family offers you a unique know-how. From the harvesting of the spat in the parks of the Ile d'Aix, to the breeding and maturing in claires on Marennes and the Ile d'Oléron, the production and marketing are carried out with an expertise passed on from generation to generation. The Chef proposes a traditional cuisine of sea products. Come and discover all their products: oysters, clams, mussels and imperial prawns from Charente Maritime. Visit the establishment every Wednesday in July and August at 3pm. By reservation until Wednesday 11am. Oyster tasting room at the end of the visit possible. Direct takeaway sales all year round.
