Located in the heart of the city centre, in a historic 17th-century building, the Patio de la Roche is a cultural and artistic venue offering 3 guest rooms. The Patio de la Roche welcomes you all year round in three quiet, pleasant and elegant rooms.
- The Gourville Room
Jean Hérault de Gourville began as a modest valet to the Abbé de La Rochefoucauld and became, by dint of his talent and insight, one of Louis XIV's advisors to the State. His portrait, which adorns a superb wooded fireplace, still dominates the most spacious of the three rooms, renamed "Chambre Gourville" or "Chambre aux oiseaux" for its thematic decoration.
The view of the patio and the access to the inner passageway give this room a timeless charm. It will particularly appeal to music lovers who will be able to attend concerts from their window on summer weekends.

With its light tones, its refined decoration made up of fables on the walls and small animals scattered around the room, and its two large windows giving free rein to the sun's rays, the La Fontaine room offers a peaceful atmosphere conducive to inspiration!
